What is your MOQ?
For Pilates Reformers and Cadillacs, MOQ is usually 1 Set for samples. For custom OEM orders (logo/color), MOQ is 5-10 sets depending on requirements.
What are your shipping terms?
We support EXW, FOB Ningbo/Shanghai, CIF, and DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) for select countries. We work with reliable forwarders for sea and air freight.
Do you provide warranty?
Yes, we offer a 5-year warranty on the main wood/metal frame and 2 years on moving parts (springs, wheels, ropes). Free spare parts are provided.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept T/T (Bank Transfer) and L/C at sight. For sample orders, PayPal or Western Union may be available upon request.
